Perfect and discreet for installing all single colour, RGB LED strip lights and dual colour in, you will be able to round of the finish of your strip light installation. Due to the 11.2mm internal width, the RGBW LED strips and RGB LED Pixel Tape will not fit inside.

All of our profiles, excluding the Recessed and Wide Aluminium profiles, come with all of the necessary mounting brackets and end caps for the installation. Being 2 metres in length you will receive 4 brackets per length of profile.

Being designed for the strip lights, it needs to be as versatile as what goes inside of it. This means that their slim design makes it great for recessing or surface mounting into a variety of areas where the LED strips are capable of going.

With a greatly improved design, the new SlimPro line of aluminium profiles will be able to dissipate heat at a rate not seen before. This can double your LED strip's life expectancy by massively decreasing the heat pressures on it. This new SlimPro design also looks much more professional, with a stylish stainless steel look, and the choice between two different diffuser colours.

Properly Finish Your LED Strip Light installation

All variations of our Aluminium profiles come with the option of being installed with either a clear or frosted diffuser to finish the installation properly and provide a fuller effect.

Making a full rectangle, the profiles and diffuser make the LED tapes become more robust when installed thanks to full protection. Despite both providing extra rigidity, each diffusers effect differs hugely.

For example, the clear diffuser that is available offers no light diffusion and therefore is used in areas where the LED strips are hidden out of sight, for example under cabinet or recessed perimeter lighting. If you find that the lights become too 'spotted' when using the clear diffuser then you can change it over to frosted diffuser for a greater wash of light as it has a translucent finish.

As mentioned previously, the frosted diffuser comes with a finish that is more translucent than the clear diffuser. This means that it is used a lot more installations where the lights are either in a direct line of sight or they can be seen by an indirect line of sight through a mirror or something else reflective. The frosted diffuser is then, mainly used when the lights are installed in a locations such as decking or commercial projects.

Leaving The Lights On For Longer Than Ever Before

Despite the majority of profiles being installed for the visual effects they offer, all profiles do also possess a second, intangible feature that has a massive benefit for the strip lights that are installed inside of them.

As they are made out of Aluminium, which is a very efficient heat dissipater, the LED strips that are mounted inside of them can have their lifespan increased by up to 50%. Despite LEDs being renowned for lasting a very, very long time by amplifying the life even further, these strips can outlast almost any other LED you'll have in your house.
