Take your LED Strip lights to the next level with our most versatile profile yet! SlimPro 2M Profile Diffuser is an incredibly customisable profile with a huge range of options for you to choose from, so you can get the exact look you need for your lights.

There are loads of great reasons to use a profile in your lighting setup, from creating a more professional finish to increasing the durability of your tape.

Choose from a range of different profiles including wide (for our thicker strips of tape), bendable (for more flexibility) and 45^o (for a wash effect). Then you can choose from your ideal insertion method, as well as what kind of diffuser you'd like.

The frosted diffuser will make your lights feel a little gentler, and more evenly spread, while the clear is a little sharper and more modern.

Improve The Lifespan Of Your Strip Lights!

LEDs last a much longer time already compared to other lights. Our strip tape has an expected upper lifespan of around 50,000 hours (or around 12 years if you use your lights for 12 hours a day). Aluminium profiles increase this lifespan by 50%, giving you around 75,000 hours!

This is because profiles improve the heat dissipation of your tape, ensuring that the components are not exposed to high temperatures. This prevents damage and keeps your light healthy! In addition, profiles offer a little extra protection, which minimises the risk of people touching the light causing general wear and tear.

If you'd like to further increase the lifespan of your lighting set up, make sure to pick the right IP rating (so don't use an incredibly waterproof IP68 tape if you're installing your light in a lounge!) and ensure there is cool air around the light.
