The Contract For The Supply Of Goods And Services

Any display of goods and/or services on the website for LED Strip Lights amounts up to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer for sale of products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods and/or services is deemed to exist between the customer and the retailer (LED Strip Lights) unless, and not until, there is a confirmation sent by LED Strip Lights confirming payment has been successfully made and an order has been accepted and raised.

The mentioned confirmation e-mail is an acceptance by LED Strip Lights of an offer made by you to purchase goods and services from LED Strip Lights. The acceptance is in effect, irrespective of whether you receive said e-mail or not.

LED Strip Lights are free to disengage from any prospective contract at any time prior to its acceptance. The freedom to disengage from said contract also applies in any occurrence of an error or inaccuracy in the respect of the goods or services, the relevant information to the goods or services e.g. description, the availability of the goods or services as well as the order itself.

Any price or availability of any goods or service are subject to change without notice.

Any content that is displayed on any page throughout the website of LED Strip Lights is intended for general information only and the content on the site is subject to change without any notice.

Precautions have been made to ensure that the greatest care is taken that any content displayed on this website is as accurate as possible and all prices quoted are correct, alongside all the goods being described fairly. If there are any errors, omissions or inaccuracies then we reserve the right to correct and update these wrongdoings with no notice prior to the change.

Any use of the information or materials found on this website is entirely at your own risk and we shall not be held liable for. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any goods, services or information available on this website meet their requirements.

If an item on this website is mistakenly under priced, no liability will be accepted for supplying the items at the stated price provided that you are notified before your order has been dispatched. In any occasion where this applies, you can make a decision on whether or not you are willing to go ahead with your order. If you decide not to, a full refund will be issued in accordance with our returns policy.

All promotions, codes, discounts and offers are subject to change without any prior notice by LED Strip Lights, and are subject to terms and conditions. LED Strip Lights reserves the right to remove any promotions. Any already discounted products such as clearance items are not included in any promotional discounts.

Order Processing

Any order placed on the e-commerce website for LED Strip Lights is charged at the time you place your order. If you wish to change an order you will be unable to, but you are still able to cancel your order if you wish.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment of an order has been received. For any delays caused due to payment issues and/or incorrect payment information LED Strip Lights will not be held responsible. There is no obligation for us to contact you if your order is complete, but if the contact information is supplied we may do so.

Confirmation of placing an order is sent via email as well as an electronic invoice.

Promotions

LED Strip Lights may, periodically throughout the year, feature promotions that apply to all or some of our product lines. LED Strip Lights reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. LED Strip Lights is not obliged to honour any promotional discounts after the promotion has finished, and does so at its discretion. We also ensure that any generalised claims about storewide promotions apply to the majority of products available on our website. Promotions may not apply to all products.

Delivery Of An Order

Subject to stock availability and under normal circumstances, orders placed before 1pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday) are dispatched on that day. Any order received after 1pm will then be dispatched the next day, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

When expecting delivery delays may take place that are outside of our control. If you wait for up to 30 days for delivery and if you still have not received anything, contact us and we can help with a resolution.

The shipping address supplied when the order is complete is where delivery will be made unless prior or subsequent change of address has been agreed. The accuracy of said address is important and if you notice any errors on your confirmation or invoice emails please contact us to resolve it. Unless caused by any negligence from LED Strip Lights, no liability can be accepted for any loss, damages or delays that are a result of incorrect delivery information.

Cancellation Of An Order

Cancellation By The Customer

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 every customer has the right to cancel an order that is within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. No reason for the cancellation is needed and unless otherwise stated, no penalty will be charged.

If you have received your item(s), the non-faulty returns procedure highlighted in our returns policy will need to be followed.

If the item(s) are still on our premises, the order can be cancelled and the amount refunded to you as per our returns policy.

Cancellation By LED Strip Lights

LED Strip Lights reserves the right to cancel an order if one of the following reasons below are valid:

There is insufficient stock to fulfil an order;

Delivery cannot be made to address you have supplied;

One or more products that you have placed an order for was displayed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error is pricing information supplied to us by one of our suppliers.

If a cancellation is made by us, an email notification will be sent and the account which payment was made from will be credited within 30 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Our Policy On Refunds

For orders that haven't been dispatched, the cost of the order, including any delivery charges, will be refunded back into the account the order was paid from.

Any orders that have already been dispatched from the warehouse will need to be returned to us within fourteen days of you notifying us of your return before any reimbursements for the goods can be made.

Any refunds will only be made when all products agreed to be refunded have been returned to us, whether this agreement was reached over the telephone or by email. The items are to be returned by the customer to our warehouse at their own cost and risk.

All refunds will be made to the account used to make payment within 30 days from the date of an order cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched then it will be from the date the items were received back into our warehouse.

Returning An Order

Credit Information

When credit is applied to an account, the credit is only valid for 6 months, starting from the date that the credit memo is issued. After the 6 month period has passed, the credit will no longer be valid if it has not been used.

Limitations Of Liability

Unless specifically stated on the site, LED Strip Lights, as well as any directors, employees or any other representative are not liable for damages that arise or in connection of the use of this site or any goods and/or services supplied. The limitation of liabilities applies to any and all kinds of damage including compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, a loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Illegal Activity

It is a criminal offense to provide an untrue name or an invalid credit card company knowingly. Anyone who is caught willingly entering a fictitious and/or erroneous will be prosecuted by the law to the fullest extent. Electronic fingerprints are tracked on every order placed through this website to help enable us and all crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace the users that have been engaging in any criminal behaviour on this website.

Warranty Cover

Unless stated differently, any product on the website for LED Strip Lights are subject to a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover against any failures of performance or damages that have arisen due to Acts of God or any form of abuse, abnormal or misuse. You are also not covered when there is use in violation of any applicable standard, codes or instructions for use including without limitation to those contained in the latest safety, industry and/or electrical standards for the relevant region(s).

Alterations In Terms

LED Strip Lights reserves the right to change these terms at any time without any prior notice. The modifications made to these terms are deemed to be effective from the date and time from the posting on the LED Strip Lights website.

Authentication Of Payments (3D Secure)

The security of all of our customers is our highest priority, so we provide the maximum security when an order is processed. When paying by Credit or Debit Card, there is a level of protection added known as 3-D Secure (you may know this as Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code). This protection acts as an online Chip & Pin for purchases and requires a password set by you, for your protection. This allows for your card issuer to fully authenticate the cardholders during the purchasing process, protecting both the retailer and customer from fraudulent activity.
